| This research aims to generate a database of anthropometry plastics factory worker in Jakarta. It is based on the absence of adequate data base in the industry. The resulting database consists of 47 body dimensions of male workers. Data collection was conducted during August 2012 to 139 plastic factory workers in some factories in Jakarta. Data taken measurements recorded using the form in the form of identity data sheets and data sheets measuring 47 dimensions of the body. The variables are as many as 47 dimensions, namely 14 body dimensions in circumstances stand, 19- dimensional body posture, seven dimensions of body parts ring, 6-dimensional segments of the head, hands and feet and weight. The data were processed using the software Minitab 15 for a normal test and tests of significance. Resulting from the research are anthropometric database plastics factory workers in Jakarta are shown in the table consists of the mean, standard deviation, P1, P5, P95, and P99 of 47 body dimensions. Output anthropometric database research can be applied to businesses plastics factory in Jakarta. |
