Abstract
Research was conducted to generate data base anthropometry of food industry workers at DKI Jakarta. It is based on the absence of anthropometric data base for food industry workers at DKI Jakarta that will become a problem for researchers, academia,industry to gain insight about the physical characteristic of food industry workers at DKI Jakarta. The result of data base is 14 body dimension at stand position; 19 body dimension at sit postion; 7 body circle dimension; 7 dimension of head, leg, and hand segmen; and body weight. Research conducted on 137 male workers who performed for about two months, starting from July 25th 2012 until September 9th 2012. Data retrieved by performing manual measurement using data shee that consist of the identitydata and measurement data. This data were process by the software minitab15 for the normality test and significancy test. Based on the results of the study obtained data base of food industry workers at DKI Jakarta such as averages, standard deviations, and percentile of 47 measurement dimension.
