PT. HERO Supermarket belongs to the modern retail activity and has several subsidiaries namely HERO, Giant Supermarket, Giant Hypermarket, Guardian and Starmart Minimarket. Availability of goods in the retail industry is a very decisive and therefore the ordering process or procurement of products is of great importance that need to be set properly so that inventory in warehouse no under and over. Where in an order the customer must visit the front desk Hero to make a purchase. And also in the delivery of reservations from the front desk to Her. Hero is still the center so that the paper based ordering information is not always conveyed by both the number of reservations resulting in inaccuracies. In the current system in making reservations to meet the needs of all its subsidiary companies based on historical data and forecast sales therefore, companies often have overstock or understock. The research is designed to provide suggestions on improvement of existing information systems and proposes a model of inventory in process or the procurement of product. The proposed system uses FAST method approach. The information system is a web-based allowing consumers to easily order online. For proposed inventory model using probabilistic models and deterministic models for the case of multi-item or joint replenishment. In probabilistic models, there are three methods of inventory, method of fixed interval Interval, fixed order quantity and the combined method, there is a deterministic model for inventory method is the method of economic order quantity.Inventory method will generate the parameters are optimal ordering amount of each item in the joint replenishment, the optimal ordering time interval, and the total cost inventory of joint replenishment, which will be taken into consideration for the company before placing an order to suppliers so as to prevent the under stock and over stock.
