Abstract
The performance is a result of a process that involves many different components of activity, not only as a result that occurs at a certain point at a certain time. The performance of educational organizations such as universities have been duly managed to produce the output as well. Problems found is the absence of monitoring mechanisms on the performance of the unit including the College of Engineering Atma Jaya agreed key performance indicators to be monitored are updated. Designing Strategy Map at Atma Jaya College of Engineering aims to facilitate the leadership of the unit in the Faculty of Engineering Atma Jaya (Near, Wadek, Kaprodi) to continuously monitor the performance of each unit in responsibilities, and determine the next strategic step. Based formulation designed strategy map authors, it is proposed based on the Balanced Scorecard strategy map as follows: Perspectives Services: The main objective is to increase the value of the Faculty of Engineering Atma Jaya with pillars Achieving High Qualifications and Capacity Building Fund. Customer Perspective: Quality and Graduate Student Profiles, User Appreciation and Student Satisfaction Index. Business Process Perspective: Planning, Teaching, Research, Community Service, Student Services, teamwork, business and Quality Assurance. Perspective and Organizational Learning: Organizational Governance and Policy, Infrastructure, Human Resources and Information Systems. So that the identification does each perspective to do designing the Balanced Scorecard strategic objectives for each perspective of the Balanced Scorecard and its assessment for each unit specified.
