Integrated chain management emerged and developed within the wide context of sustainable development, which is defined as a development that meets the needs of the present without comprising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Integrative activities can be developed in different areas such as flow of goods, planning and control, organizations, and flow of information. Companies also need to focus on the investment of information technology intensive to enhance operating efficiency and productivity across functional of supply chain. The functional integrated supply chain and the information system architecture must be capable to link and coordinate the information system of the individual parties into cohesive whole to provide effective support for the functional integrated supply chain. Listen to customer’s need and want, continuously improve, collaborate and not just complete, trust, and commitment seems to be some important aspects as source of supply chain competitive advantage.
