This research investigates the relation between the fluctuation of rupiah currency against world-hard currencies, world-semi hard currencies and world.Eurodollar, Japanese Yen and British Pound exchange rates to USDollars represent the Word-hard currencies, but Swiss Franc, Canadian Dollar and Australian Dollar repsent the world-semi hard currenciesm and the world-soft currencies represented by the South East Asian-soft currenciesinclude Malaysian Ringgit, Thailand Baht, Philippines Pesos exchange rate to USDollars. Rupiah in this research is also represnted by its exchange rates against USDollars. The result is intended for International Financial Managers conducting international business to anticipate the fluctiations of the currencies since their cashflow depends on them.
