Data that is used for this research is secondary data. This research takes 66 companies from manufactur and mining companies that listed in The Indonesian Stock Exchange which publish the financial report for 2010 dan 2011. The analysis method is the multiple linear regressions. The results of this study show that (1) environmental performance had positive influence to the broad of CSR Disclosure, (2). size of commissioner boards had positive influence to the broad of CSR Disclosure, (3) proportion of independent commissioner had positive influence to the broad of CSR Disclosure, and (4) environmental performance along with size of commissioner boards and proportion of independent commissioner had positive influence to the broad of CSR Disclosure.
