Abstract
Job rotation is a usual phenomenon that may happen in a company. This phenomenon may happen too in corporate group based company, where employees are may experience inter-division or inter- in group companies. Employees job satisfaction is one of the important aspects that company's management need to be aware of. Job performance is a result which achieved by an employee both in quantity and quality assessment based on the given responsibilities. The result will be beneficial to the particular employee itself in order to make the employee actively perform to achieve the expected and the best result. There are two main objectives in this research. The first objective is to analyze the effect between job rotation and job performance. The second objective is to analyze the effect between job satisfaction and job performance. By using multi-variant regression showed there is a positive significant relationship for both objectives.
