As the first super block in Jakarta that combines shopping center, office, apartment and hotel into one complex, and as one of the major commodity in Jakarta, PT. Pacific Place Jakarta should be able to continually improve corporate performance, so the company can continue to compete and gain advantage. As we all know, one of the supporting factors of the company's performance is the performance of the employees. Increasing the employee's performance will directly give impact on the performance of the company itself. In addition to the performance of the studied variables as the dependent variable, transformational leadership style and normative individual commitment were used by author as an independent variable. According to the author, the selection of these two variables was because the style of leadership that carried by the majority of leaders in PT. Pacific Place Jakarta (weather a manager or general manager), is not running efficiently and tend to lead to an authoritarian system, which is only to rule alone and keep a distance from his subordinates, therefore needs to be studied and improved. Whereas the commitment of individual variables was taken because, according to the author, of employees who are currently working at PT. Pacific Place Jakarta is supposed to understand or realize that they should be able to actually implement its commitment to advance the organization. The selection of these two variables was expected to have a positive impact on performance, so the factors that affect performance can be visible. The study was conducted through survey method by distributing questionnaires to 170 employees of PT. Pacific Place Jakarta which is divided into divisions Human Capital, Operations, Guest Services, Marketing and Promotion, Leasing, One Pacific Place and Finance and Accounting. Sampling studies were taken by using convenience or accidental sampling method; where leadership style and commitment of the individual as an endogenous variable (independent variable), while the employee's performance as an exogenous variable (dependent variable). For data analysis, author was using the Pearson method to test the validity and cronbach alpha method for testing the reliability, performed by using a SPSS version 13.0 software for Windows. Henceforth, the author uses the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression tests to see the results of the hypothesis. Result of the study show that leadership style with individual commitment has positive and significant impact on the performance levels of employees in PT. Pacific Place Jakarta.
