Dua Burung is needed to be done for the reduction of current distribution cost which relatively expensive. That’s the reason why this observation is made with improvement alternatives proposed, using company’s vehicle include the saving matrix method to decide the route or just using the expedition service. The expected outcome is disribution cost reduction for PT. Dua Burung. More specifically, reduction of the distribution distance while using company’s vehicle and optimalization of vehicle’s maximum capacity or using the expedition and make less cost. The result in this observation is choosing the right proposed alternative to still using company’s vehicle in product distribution at PT. Dua Burung.
