| PT. Rachindo as a furniture company that has been established since 1990 is experiencing a slow growth business. This is due to the lack of vision and mission of the company that makes the company’s performance is less directional and not maximum to its potential. In addition, the company became comfort in the comfort zone and it does not dare to take a significant strategic actions. With implementing a strategic planning for the PT. Rachindo, the company will have a focused vision and objectives, and strategies that support the successful achievement of the vision of the company. Strategic planning is based on the Balanced Scorecard SWOT analysis that will be based on internal factors and external companies and then translated into the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives, namely financial, customer, business processes and learning. Of the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives will emerge strategies and then broken down into programs and concrete action plans in order to succeed the strategies. The results of these strategies which will then be compared with the targets previously set and evaluated in order to determine the level of success of such strategies. |
