| Research on the design of performance measurement by using the Balanced Scorecard which will be perfected using business architecture method is done to create a successful performance measurement tool in PT. Galang Kreasi Sempurna. The expected result of this thesis is Balanced Scorecard performance measurement tools to measure performance at PT. Galang Kreasi Sempurna. The study was conducted to develop the strategy map which is based on each of the following Balanced Scorecard perspectives with a strategic relationship of each perspective. This study also formulated KRI, RI, PI, and KPI using David Parmenter principal. Performance measurement process which have been carried out will be refined using business architecture method that will explain the internal business processes to a greater detail and relate it to the selected KPI, the improvements that business architecture have will include a matrix that shows the relationship between the company workers and the processes that they carried out. This study requires performance measurement data from PT. Galang Kreasi Sempurna consisting of the company vision and mission, strategic goals, benchmarks, firm organization data, and operations data. the expected outcomes of this study is PT. Galang Kreasi Sempurna will have a performance measurement system based on the Balanced Scorecard to assess performance of the company so that the objectives of the enterprise can be achieved and in accordance with the vision and mission. |
