Abstract
Every babies in this world are need to receive nutritious food to grow and survive. The usual dietary intake of parents to their babies is usually the milk (breast milk) or formula. Infant formulas are liquids or powders with a specific formula fed to infants. They serve as a substitute for breast milk. Formula milk has an important role in the baby food because they are often the sole source of nutrition for infants.
Often problems occur when parents want to give infant formula for their babies. The often encountered problem is usually the time of the process of making infant formula is too long and the difficulty of measuring the composition of the infant formula accordingly. Therefore in this study will be made a tool that can help parents to make infant formula quickly and have perfect dose.
In this study the focus is to perform embodiment design and detail design of the results of research on concept development and selection of baby milk maker. From the results of the study, obtained a prototype design that is able to provide infant formula to the difference of the average speed of 35.75% compared to manual processes. Prototype is also able to create infant formula that has a fairly precise dosing.
