Abstract
Customer experience management (CEM) is a process to manage the whole customer experience strategy for a product or company. CEM concept applied in Voize Family Karaoke engaged in the business services of karaoke. Objectives to be achieved through the concept of CEM is to provide a different experience to the customers of a product or service, in this case of karaoke services in Voize Family Karaoke. Implementation is done by a five-step CEM CEM is to analyze the world of work the customer experience, to bring up the platform the customer experience, brand experience designing, structuring the interaction with customers, and continuous development. In analyzing the world of customer experience needed to identify the views of consumers and fail / waiting point of the business process. The results are used to build the platform of the customer experience, this research platform on which to build the concept of fun karaoke. In designing the brand experience based on the platform, get 14 pieces of ideas into the proposal. The next idea was developed in greater detail as a step to structure the interaction with customers. The result obtained some idea of the potential for development. The continuous development should be done by the company by following the changes of the external nor internal the company to establish the positioning of the company and be able to continue to compete among the other competitors.
