Tracer study is a research study on the situation of the alumni, especially in terms of job search, employment situation, and use of competence acquisition during college. Research on the tracer study should be implemented in a systematic, institutional, and continuously. This is done so that a college can be judged the quality of college graduates as they constantly do self-evaluation by means of tracer studies. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effects related to aspects of the tracer study, the aspects of professionalism, teamwork, mastery of information technology, personal development, integrity, communication, and English to the success of alumni. Through this research will be conducted structural equation modeling of tracer study factors correlation to measure and improve alumni satisfaction. From this study will be known which aspects of a tracer study to be increased by the major department in order to produce graduates that fit the needs of the working world. The method used for this study is the PLS-based SEM. The results showed that there is a relationship between the seven factors tracer study, which factors affect teamwork self-development. Mastery of information technology factors influence the communication factor. Factors influence the development of self-integrity. Factors affect the integrity of professionalism. Factors influence the teamwork communication. Factors affect communication in English. But the seven factors tracer study no significant effect on the success of alumni. Overall, a major factor to be increased by the factor is majoring in English. |
