| Every houses generally washing rice every day. There are many kinds of products used by the public to wash the rice, but those products are still causing the consumer complaining because they are not satisfaied yet with the product that they use now, that’s why in this reasearch we will develop a product that suitable with the consumer needs. This reasearch use Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) methods. From the questionair we found 24 rice washer atribute that consumer expected., and by the QFD method wich by making House of Quality (HOQ) we’ve got the prioriti for target of the rice washer spesification. And from the TRIZ method by making problem formulation we’ve found out that there are 13 problem statement that involved in rice washer work system, and from Contradiction Analysis there are 3 solution principal that can be use in developing a rice washer. There are 5 product consept that made in this reaserch and from the scoring result the chosen one is a combination of concept 1 and concept 2. |
