New circumstances on global economic market have significant repercussions on tourism .It unavoidable makes formulation of new adequate postulates of strategic management in tourism, as well using of modern techniques and tools in process of their implementation. Key step in mentioned process is primarily changing of actual tourist strategies, and their adapting with new market tendencies. It generates changes in organisation, resources and functional sense. Regarding changes in tourist destination organisation, previous tourist tendencies, especially global economic reality lead to tourist clusters making, which guide to the eliminating of weakness, new tourist offers variants, building of common infrastructure and compacted marketing. For each of cluster it is indispensable to establish specific tourist policy and strategies, which require forming of management structure for each cluster known as DMO-Destination management organization. |
