Isi artikel
In recent years a number of noteworthy attempts have been made to project the future course of energy demand and supply. They all tell much the same story : energy demands will grow rapidly, driven by population and income growth in the developing world. In the industrial countries energy intensities will continue to decline with technical progress and the changing composition of final output, inculding environmental services. With a few exceptions, supply is not seen as a contraint at the global level, although it could be a probelm in some as a of either politics or poverty.
