The final purposes of this research are to find out how the transformational leadership style in PT Merlyn Park Hotel, the affective component in the organization, and to find out is there any positive significant impact which produced by transformational leadership to organizational commitment affective component in PT Merlyn Park Hotel. The involved variables in this research are transformational leadership as the dependent variable and organization commitment as the independent variable. The data in this research is primary data which directly collected after the samples full-filled the questionnaire, and to establish the samples of the population the writer used the census method where all the population who work at the back office level considered as the sample, 38 employees established as the samples. In fact, from 38 employees there were only 35 numbers left correctly filled the questionnaire. Simple regression is used in this research. The final results show that we can answer all the purposes of the research. Here are the results : 1. The transformational leadership style in PT Merlyn Park Hotel is high. 2. The affective component in PT Merlyn Park Hotel is high. 3. There is a positive influence between transformational leadership style on affective component in PT Merlyn Park Hotel. |
