Inherent paradigm in Indonesian society of women as a housewives only, slowly started to fade away. It can be seen from the number of working couples (dual-career). Dual career can cause difficulties for time sharing between work and family interests. So that, conflict will arise at work and also in family which this conflict can affect a person’s job satisfaction. In this study the data used are the primary data, the sampling method used,namely: non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, the number of samples studied by 45 employees who were married at Bank X. The results showed that the level of Work-Family Conflict and Family-Work Conflict in Bank X employees are on a low category and Job Satisfaction at Bank X is at a high level / satisfied. There is significant influence from the Work-Family Conflict and Family-Work Conflict to Job Satisfaction simultaneously on employees who are married at Bank X. |
