The purpose of the research is to explore factors affecting health-seeking behaviours amongs injecting drug users in Bekasi-West Java Province. Using qualitative approach, this research aims to identify effective policies and interventions to empower injecting drug users to utilize quality public health services. Findings shows that factors that are taken into account include susceptibility, perceived severuty, motivation, perceived benefits, and the barriers.
