The world development is so quick especially the tendency toward the global market. This means that in economical globalization competition advantage as to be created or the superiority in trade competition by increasing the quality products and services. To reach them, special standard are needed. Standards need criteria for determining the specification made by each country. This specification pushes ahead the International Organization such as ISO (International Organization for Standardization) to develop and become pioneer in making the International Standard for International Trade facilities.
