This study examined the predictors of trust building in teamwork. Dispositional trust, institution based trust, social categorization and illusion of control were assessed its contribution to trust building. To investigate it, a kind of social dilemma game was carried out (N = 94). It showed that 3 variables significant predicted trust toward the new teamwork and altogether these variables could explain for 49% trustbuilding. They were dispositional trust, institution based trust and social categorization. The highest contributor was social categorization. |
