The implementation of labor supply process mostly evoke some problem due to employee's performance of outsourcing company who are placed at user company. Spotlight and criticism towards contract employee's performance who are placed at user company related to motivation has been given by outsourcing company side, in this case management of PT. Briantama Resourcing Mandiri as an outsourcing company be demanded must be able to laid self and posed wise so that can fulfill various of employee's needs and also user company. This research aims to fine the influences of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factor towards contract employee's performance at PT. Briantama Resourcing Mandiri. Population of this research are all of contract employees of PT. Briantama Resourcing Mandiri which are about 300 employees, while the sampling technique used are purposive sampling method by choosing group election subject based on feature or certain character that has been looked in respect of having a tight cling with population has known previous. As to data analyzer used in this research is double linear regression model. Based on finding result and data analysis has been done, so can be taken conclusion as follows: 1) intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factor simultaneously has a significant influence towards contract employee's performance managed by PT. Briantama Resourcing Mandiri, so that analysis result supports hypothesis. 2) intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factor partialy has a significant influence towards contract employee's performance managed by PT. Briantama Resourcing Mandiri, so that analysis result supports hypothesis. 3) Based on regression similarity has been got, showing that free variable dominantly influence towards contract employee's performance managed by PT. Briantama Resourcing Mandiri is instrinsic variable motivation factor. |
