Abstract
The purpose of this research is to see the effect of facility, teaching method, service quality directly to Unika Atma Jaya postgraduate's students satisfaction and word of mouth. Then, to see the effect of satisfaction directly to word of mouth and effect of facility, teaching method, service quality indirectly to Unika Atma Jaya postfraduate's students word of mouth through satisfaction as mediation. Respondent for this research is all of the Unika Atma Jaya's postgraduate active students (410 students). Questionnaires distributed during the final exam at the end of odd semester 2011/2012. In data collection process, it has acquired 251 questionnaires. Only 202 questionnaires were valid and ready to be used from 251 questionnaires. And this result has fulfilled the sum required with 5% significance of error. Research model has fulfilled the acceptable fit match level and got 5 accepted hypothesis and 5 rejected hypothesis from total 10 hypothesis proposed. Result indicated that facility, teaching method, service quality did not influence directly to word of mouth. Beside that,facility also did not have impact directly to satisfaction and indirectly to word of mouth through satisfaction as mediation. On the other way, teaching method and service quality had impact directly to satisfaction and indirectly to word of mouth through satisfaction as mediation, where satisfaction also had influence directly to word of mouth. We can conclude that teaching method was an important factor to satisfy Unika Atma Jaya's postgraduate students expectation, so they will recommend Unika Atma Jaya's postgraduate to other people.
