Abstract
This study wanted to evaluate the performance measurement system that is in PT Arezda Purnama Loka today. From this evaluation can be known weaknesses of performance measurement systems and their impact to the achievement of PT Arezda Purnama Loka today. Provide an alternative new performance measurement system through a new performance measurement system design PT Arezda Purnama Loka-based Balanced Scorecard method. Measuring the performance of PT Arezda Purnama Loka from the year 2010 using the new performance measurement system design PT Arezda Purnama Loka Balanced Scorecard-based methods that have been made earlier so that it can be quantitatively measured and assessed the current performance of the PT Arezda Purnama Loka from the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard. Analyzing the results of performance measurement-based method of each Balanced Scorecard perspective on PT Arezda Purnama Loka, including comparison with current performance measurement system. Provide recommendations related to strategy-based performance measurement results of the analysis method of Balanced Scorecard perspectives so that each PT Arezda Purnama can Loka better performance in terms of financial, customer, internal business, and development of employees. The method used is the weighted AHP. Performance assessment Arezda Purnama Loka with balanced scorecard method has a value of 3.65 means that the maximum value of 5 is pretty good at PT Arezda Purnama Workshop with Balanced Scorecard-based method.
