Abstract
Referring to “Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun about National Eduactioan Standard, Standardsimplementation of quality assurance in higher education is an activity that must be done. One of quality assurance that must be done were Internal Quality Assurance (SPMI). Indonesian Catholic University Atma Jaya doing repairs to the university level of “SPMI” and doesn’t have “SPMI” for the unit. So that this thesis tries to proposed one of the standard theat existed at the Bational Eduaction Standard (SNP). So the standard that will be proposed is the standard process. Proposed standards of the learning process refers to the BAN-PT accreditation forms, ISO procedures and draft of standard process SPMI of Atma Jaya Catholic University. Once the proposed standard of each sub process of learning in a course, then create an indicator, the formula, the current value and ratings. Further more the results also identified what industrial enginering department and student want from the course and also the learning (human resources and infrastructure) that support the learning process. The data was collected by conducting interviews for some students, head of industrial engineering and collecting data from industrial engineering department. Data processing is done by calculating the current value of what industrial enginering department and student want from the course and also the learning (human resources and infrastructure) on the existing formula and then rank the current value with a 0-4 scale. The results of this thesis is the standard process of learning for industrial engineering department that has an indicator, the formula, the current value and ranking results and also for what industrial enginering department and student want from the course and the learning (human resources and infrastructure) that equipped with an indicator, the formula, the current value and ratings. This thesis also proposes a target rating for each indicator for the next 2 years for the department of industrial
engineering and rank for each level on the strategy map.
