Indonesia is one of the developing countries also expect good economic conditions. Economic conditions in Indonesia one of which is supported by the many companies that stand up and growing. Every company strives to find and get the maximum profit. The company consisting of different types . The types of the company can be seen from various groups , among other based on the ownership , the amount of labor have , the production of goods , the main activities done and profit goals of the company which is a non-profit and company profits. The types of company mentioned above are already being heard, unless the company is a public non-profit. Non-profit companies rarely heard or referred to as non-profit corporations usually are rarely referred to as a company because in most cases the company has a goal to seek profit. Enterprises non-profit goals closer to the society that is to serve the public in order to achieve the welfare of society in Indonesia. In this paper, the criteria performance has been done in the Fire Department North Jakarta using the reference from Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. In each category system in the criteria performance, Fire Department North Jakarta got the average score percentage for 51.625% from the maximum score of each item. Based on the analysis and assesment in Fire Department North Jakarta using the Malcolm Baldrige method, this Fire Department got 516.25. This score is 51.625% from the total point, 1000, that is why Fire Department North Jakarta is classified as the Fire Department with good performance. This condition shows that this Fire Department has systematic management and effective approach so, the result is good tend to excellent in all of the important segment.
