Abstract
Correlation analysis of leadership style and innovation to the performance of employees was conducted to analyze the relationship that exists between leadership style and innovation to the performance of employees that happen to PT. Sofanjasa Prima, Jakarta. This is a service company that is capable to handle in general trading, export and import. Researchers create a research model that links these three endogenous constructs, and then measure the model into the company. This research used a questionnaire as a tool for data gathering. Questionnaire was distributed to respondents, which was the population of the sales as much as thirty people. The data that have been collected and then processed using the software smartPLS v.2.0. This tools is used to predict where there are strong theoretical basis and the theory testing or theory development as a primary goal of research. Advantages of PLS is its ability to map the entire path to a lot of the dependent variable in a model of the same research study and analyze all
the paths in the structural model simultaneously.
This research will answer these question how the
relationship between leadership style with innovation, leadership style with employee’s performance, and innovation with employee’s performance. The results are a positive influence on the leadership style to innovation, leadership style is positively related to employee’s performance, and innovation have a positive influence to the performance of employee’s of PT. Sofanjasa Prima.
