The use of coal to be an usefull energy named coal gasification process. The coal gasification designed by the automatic system has not been developed yet. This case will increase the human error level because there will be more operators needed. Programmable logic controller is the electric control which is digitally operated and designed for industries environment. In order to that, control system of coal gasification equipment is designed using programmable logic controller as the controlling component and using pneumatic electro system as the actuator.
