In the small-scale industries are known the term of home industry. Banana chips home industry is starting to raise its productivity and quality nowadays, which are manufactured with the lowest possible cost. This is because of the demand for banana chips are greater. One way to increase the amount of production is to develop a mechanism of cutting and frying.
