| Along with the demands of public health services or higher, then an adult health agencies needs to be done to improve the quality of health care quality, affordable and equitable in order to be competitive in obtaining patient. The trick is to measure and improve the performance of existing ones, one of the methods used to measure and improve performance is by using the Performance Measurement Malcolm Baldrige. The categories that will be measured using the reference in the assessment of Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award is the category of process and outcome categories. Where there is a process of assessment in the category of leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, workforce focus, measurement analysis and knowledge management, and focus operations. And the results are assessment categories for the outcomes of health services and processes, the results of customer focus, results focused workforce, the leadership and governance, and financial and market results. At this final study, carried out an assessment of the performance of the district health center Monday with reference Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in the category of healthcare or health services. District Health Center Monday is one of the medical institutions that offer health services to the community. Based on the analysis and assessment of performance on Monday with the district health center uses Malcolm Baldrige reference that has been done, the clinic obtained a value of 559. This value occupies 55.9% of the total points that can be fulfilled, namely 1000, and therefore the district health center Monday in a state of "good performance". This condition illustrates that health centers have been performing well but still has some factors that need to be repaired. |
