However, the tracer study a lot to do things to note. The main obstacle in the research study is the scarcity of tracer response from alumni who is the lead actress in the success of the tracer study conducted. Therefore, researchers are interested in designing information systems tracer study. Tracer study information systems created with the purpose to facilitate the process of data collection and recapitulation the usual process was done manually. In addition researchers try to apply methods of House of Quality in the processing of the data. Method of House of Quality used because in this research parameters used with logic that exists in the method of House of Quality. Parameters are used in data processing consists of the needs, the learning process, the relationship between needs with the learning process as well as the value of the interest and value of satisfaction. After the system information is created, then conducted tests, trial results suggested that respondents are satisfied with the information system have been made and according to respondents tracer study information systems can be operated with ease. Later researchers conducted the data collection against a number of 92 alumni who become samples. From the data collected, the system performs data processing information directly, and the end result is generated by the system is a process of learning that most urgently to be improved or developed.
