Abstract
Distribution is a product supply from factory to customer. Distribution cost affects main price of a product, so distribution process should be the most efficient. PT. Pupuk Kujang is a government company that was build to help increase production by produce subsidied manure. As a company which product is to be subsidied, minimizing the manure price is very important to reduce government subsidy. Distribution cost is one of the factor that affect the price of a product. Distribution process that last this time at PT. Pupuk Kujang uses local transportation at every state with uniform transportation cost. This is done to simplify calculating distribution cost. In fact, price is very depend on length, time, and street condition. For that, the minimum cost at every distribution will be different subject to many factor. For anticipating that problem, it is needed to do a calculation with greedy heuristic alogarithm to get the optimal combination of source and distributors. After that, do simulation for the distribution to get the distribution cost. After that compare the distribution cost from the simulation with the actual one.
