| Right now the world technology is having a rapid growth. One of the growth was shown in information technology which is the one of technology that growing repidly. With the progress of information technology, accessing and processing data or information can do with fast and accurate. Atma Jaya Univesity is one of the institutions which is working in education. As one of the leading private universities in Indonesia, to build a competent individual who is ready to work directly in the world of work, it is necessary to have a relation / relations with graduates as a form of expansion network in the future world of work. However now there is no system that can truly accommodate the needs of the faculty in accessing and processing data, where’s the documenting process in the system now is doing manually so for to do that things is difficult.. It happened because of the limited use of paper as the media for collect and storage of data,so that for to do the processing, data must be copied into the computer which is it takes a long time. Search data process is also difficult to do because of the increasing number of paper documents which is stored in an irregular manner. Because of the difficulties, of the documentation system for graduate now needs to be fixed become computerization. So that both of the data collecting process, processing and searching data of graduates and students is easy to do. The Recommendation of web based informastion system for documenting student and graduate was designed by the FAST method (Framework for the Application of System Thinking). After the construct and design had done, the new information system will be tested to determine the ease and satisfaction felt by users. |
