In this study assessed anthropometric index is HFA (Height For Age), WFA (Weight For Age), BMI (Body Mass Index), WHR (Waist to Hip Ratio). This study aims to quantify and know the health status classification of various anthropometric index and find out its relationship with dietary habits and physical activity. The research data consists of identity data, data of dietary habits and physical activity are obtained by filling the data sheets and dimensional anthropometric measurement data obtained from the anthroscan. Subjects of this research numbered 262 children of elementary school students in South Jakarta from the age 7-12 years old. Normality test is helped with software Minitab 14. Based on the results of data processing and discussion on this research it is known how the health status of children of various anthropometric index and their relationship to dietary habits and physical activity. Then evaluated the causes of health status that is not normal and also given advice to cope with health problems that occur in children.
