This study focused on the design of performance measurement metrics and supply chain performance by using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) approached model which developed by the Supply Chain Council. This model will improve performance indicator that emphasized on supply chain process in a company which consists of plan, source, make, deliver and return. From those process, each has attribute and performance related to internal company and relationship with external company which declared in reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost and assets. Cost and asset will not be discussed in this research. The research is conducted at company that manufactures plastic bottle, PT. X, on September to December 2011. The result of the design metric measurements is 11 metrics performance indicator that represented supply chain process in PT. X. Those metric consist of 2 metrics measurement plan process, 3 metrics measurement source process, 2 metrics measurement make process, 2 metrics measurement deliver process and 2 metrics measurement return process. The method used in conducting the weighting for each process and attribute is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Expert Choice software. The result showed in the following interests, plan process 0.254, source process 0.104, make process 0.422, deliver process 0.162, and return process 0.054. Calculation result showed that 1 metric measurement has bad performance value, forecast demand. |
