Abstract
Change is inevitable and continue to go hand in hand with the development .Changes also occur in the PT. Mulia Knitting Factory as one of the major companies engaged in the garment must strive to continue to expand its business one of them is to use the new technology. One of the new technologies that enter the hanger system where technology is used in the process of moving material from one workstation to another workstation on the garment division, This technology expected will help in increasing productivity as well as from the ease of working. In this study conducted an analysis of employee responses to the entry of this new technology, because there are changes that need to be offset by the positive response from the workers themselves to such changes. Changes need to be supported primarily by changes in technology and capability of self-acceptance workers who use these technologies to change the existing line with the original intention. In this study researchers used a model of change Kotter (2002) as a reference in the manufacture of a questionnaire which will be distributed to workers.The questionnaire will then be processed and analyzed in the response of existing workers. Researcher also analyze whether the model used is in conformity with the conditions of PT. Mulia Knitting Factory. Process analysis model used by software SmartPLS2. From the survey results revealed that workers respond positively to the insertion of this technology is evident from responses to questionnaires that were distributed, most workers accept the entry of this hanger system technology as perceived by using this hanger system facilitate their work. From the analysis of change models that are used to using software obtained SmartPLS2 conclusion that Kotter's change model is not sufficient in accordance with the conditions in the garment division of PT. Mulia Knitting Factory.
