Abstract
In connection with the role of Soft Systems Methodology in handling these types of situations that require problem framework, it is expected Soft System Methodology can be helpful in addressing the problem decline in motivation to learn. With the use of Soft Systems Methodology is expected to make improvements from each of the variables that contribute to motivation to learn as well as absorption material made by students. Usefulness of SSM is to analyze the complex condition in which there are many points of view (students, faculty, faculty) in defining the problem. The resulting improvement is expected to enhance the achievement of these students along with increased quality of teaching methods. Soft System Methodology can be used for design improvement of teaching and learning systems on System Modelling courses. This can be done through a plan of changes made in the six stages of SSM in which the determination of plan changes or corrections made by considering the views and perceptions of stakeholders, which is obtained from the questionnaire. Morphology maps and tables are used as alternative tools in the SSM to determine the plan changes or improvements that will be taken. These tools are used as a form of design improvement efforts that do not just dianlisis based systems thinking and logic alone. But there are basic considerations and analysis in making its decision on the chosen alternative. To meet the needs of students attending System Modeling of modules that fit the needs of the material being studied not only in terms of where the material that is considered material but also anticipate conceptual modeling systems by providing a case study in the module, the researchers propose to design the module of In terms of material design based on the arrangement of Lectures and Events Unit was created in fact a prototype implementation of the initial module Systems Modeling. Setting goals and limitations of detailed research and will facilitate research on target to achieve tujuannya.Penganalisaan from various stakeholder perspectives are conditioned to the extent possible so as not to be subjective.
