This research describes how PAKS (Personality, Ability, Knowledge, Skill) and Research and Development Methodology (R &D) can be used as a tool to identificate and develop the educational products which are contents of modules and the method of learning, in the process of developing logistics management courses become supply chain management. The development based on environmental needs which is the availability of supply chain actors who are competent in their job. Therefore the contents logistics management courses refers to the needs of supply chain actors. Stages of the research was adapted from the stages of R&D which are analysis of the product which is will develop, start develop the products, experts validation and revision, small-scale field trials and product revisions, and large-scale field trials and the final product. The research was restricted until expert validation and revision only. Data for this research was obtained from the documents, interviews and literature. The results of all stages of R&D are design of modules content logistics management courses which the explanations are about supply chain management based on supply chain actors needs. The result also about development of learning’s method for logistics management courses. |
