This study aims to quantify the influence of internal Locus of Control on Career Maturity. Research subjects were students in the final stages of Atma Jaya Catholic University in 75 samples. Hypothesis testing is done by Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The value obtained for the regression test F is 45,506 ( p<0,05) which means that the variable Locus of Control significantlyinfluence students career maturity of Atma Jaya Industrial Engineering. R2 values obtained from the correlation test of -0.620, which means that the contribution of Locus of Controlvariables influence on career maturity of high school students is 62%. The model obtained from the formation of a mathematical modelis Y = 196.09 –1,672 X. The negative sign (-) means that variable X affect adversely against Y. To increase a unit of the variable X then Y values will fall by 1.672. Then do the validation ofmathematical models for p 0.05 and p 0.01. Obtained value of sig.2-tailed of 0,414 > p0,05 and sig.2-tailed value 0,414 > p0,01 which indicates that the mathematical model is valid. |
