Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Industri Unika Atma Jaya (HMTI UAJ) is chosen as object researches. The background of this research by he curiosity of researcher about the changes that have occured in the study of systems of this collecting funds. In this study, researches used a model of management of change from Victor Tan based on the model of Kurt Lewin. Measuring devices used in this stufy a questionnaire were made based on the model of Victor Tan. This study will look at the relationship between the construct of exogenous and endogenous constructs of management of change Victro Tan. The collection of data used in this study in addition to the questionnaire is by interview. Data processing techniques used with the help of sofware tools SmartPLS. With the help of software SmartPLS known that this exogenous construct four correlation relations which have significant effect on endogenous construct of management change. With the help of software tools SmartPLS can also be known that Victor Tan’s management of change model suitable to the characteristics of student organizations in which the research is Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Industri Unika Atma Jaya (HMTI UAJ).
