This research is motivated by the existence of the life cycle model of decision making proposed by Firestone (2000). Where a decision has a life cycle of the phases of planning, act, monitoring, until the evaluating phase. Conducted a case study on PT. X as an object of observation, where we want to know which phase of the life cycle of a decision of the most critical of the decision cycle. Decision-making is important in an organization. Good results from decisions that have been implemented is the desired goal in a decision-making. Because of that, this study is conducted to identify the most critical phase in the life cycle decision making. The results of data processing using software Partial Least Square (PLS) shows that the hypothesis made previously were rejected. Where each phase of the life cycle of decision-making does not have a significant influence on decision making. But seen from the original sample test results obtained, the largest value is in the act phase. This indicates that the phase of the act gave more influence than any other phase in decision making in PT. X. |
