The diverse nature of the Indonesian nation necessitates national consensus on certain issues. In order to have consensus there must the stability, and stability is necessary to ensure national development. On such consensus is the applications of Pancasila and the 1945 constitution in a pure and consistent way. This means that development as the expression of Pancasila also is an important consensus in our development philosophy and strategy.
