HIV infection is still incurable and has a lot of complications, such as toxoplasmosis cerebri and tuberculosis. This case study aims to suggest the proper diagnostic strategy and adequate management of advanced HIV infection with co-infection with toxoplasmosis cerebri and suspect of tuberculosis. In this case, the writers suggest the immunology test such as rapid test or ELISA for diagnosis HIV infection, and imaging test such as CT scan and MRI with immunological test result from toxoplasma Ig-G specific antibody for diagnosing toxoplasmosis cerebri. The management for HIV infection with suspect of tuberculosis, the writer suggest Zidovudine or Tenofovir added with Lamivudine or Emtricitabine with Efavirenz. While for management of Toxoplasmosis cerebri, the writer suggest a first line regiment such as Pyrimethamine, Sulfadiazine, and Leucovorine.
