Researches conducted in recent years also showed variable results on the relationship between headache and insomnia. Because of that reason, the authors did some literature studies to obtain a clear and valid result. This study was made using literature study method. The latest scientific journals related were analyzed to draw valid conclusion. Broadly speaking, these four journals stated that there is a bidirectional relationship between Chronic Daily Headache and Insomnia. Chronic Daily Headache patients have higher tendency to cause Insomnia. On the other hand, Insomnia sufferers also have higher risk to develop headache, especially Chronic Daily Headache.
