Generally speaking, the press able to have a power that can reform paradigm, which has been settled for long time before in such regime. The press can raise public opinion, even to disperse a union country such as USSR (Union of Soviet Social Republic) in 1991. With some characteristics, the press can be used by someone or groups to achieve his or their interest by doing negative campaign for making down his or their competitor. Therefore, the press has two main characteristics which contradictive to each other, i.e. good sense and the bad one. Whether it is caused by the independence of press or not, that is a question should be answered. We can ask the press community, for whom the independence is to be gained, for the public or themselves.
