Area resources date and potential development of a commodity are needed to give a clear overview of the commodity's potential development. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a research about the potency of planting "lengkeng" in low land plant in Bangka island. The objectives of the research are to get: (1) growth requirement data and supporting factors of planting "lengkeng" in Bangka islang, (2) planting techniques and plant treatments which is suitable with Bangka island condition, (3) technology information to prevent some problems of planting "lengkeng" in Bangka island. The result shows that growth requirement and supporting factors of planting "lengkeng" in Bangka's are relatively similar to the ones in Singkawang.
