An Iron furnace using soil and scrape for its material has many type and technology. In this paper will be discussed a type of furnace to produce a pig iron using force hot air named Blast Furnace. Main discussion are on the measurement and monitor the temperature of the process which is influences the quality of the pig iron. We can change the temperature and it will change the quality of the pig iron. On this monitoring, will be used a computer, signal conditioning, color printer and some add on Card and a software to make the Human Machine Interface and the database.
