In the last decade, student interest of civil engineering in Indonesia decreased. This condition gave a negative impact on education and labour. This research was conducted to : (a) search the causes of that condition from the side of university stakeholders, i.e. society, high school student, parent, university student and company/user, (b) analysis the relation of those factors to have some suggestions in designing a promotion and marketing strategy of this study program especially for Mercu Buana University. This explorative research based on primary data which was taken by questionaire from stakeholders and the secondary data such as the information of high school curriculum and the amount of civil engineering student in the last five years from Kopertis II Jakarta.
